Onefour rapper YP filmed in bed with bikie’s ex-partner

A Sydney rapper has given a glimpse into his life since being released from jail, featuring on a magazine cover, donning a massive, glitzy chain, and rolling in the sheets with a glamorous woman.

Pio “YP” Misa - a member of the Onefour rap group - was released from prison in December after serving two years behind bars for reckless grievous bodily harm following a violent stoush at the Carousel Inn at Rooty Hill, in Sydney’s west, in 2018.

During his sentencing in 2019, the Sydney District Court heard Misa pulled a chair leg out from under his clothes and hit one of the men, Anthony Hayward, twice in the back of the head. He was released on December 3, 2021.

Since being freed he has released a new single and been on the cover of Men’s Health Australia magazine where he spoke of turning over a new leaf, and in the past week has been filmed in bed with a well-known former Gold Coast bikie’s ex-partner.

The fling between Misa and Chaye Connelly, who formerly went by Shay Belford, was documented on social media.

Ms Connelly had previously been involved with former Mongols patched member Clint Harris. The pair have a child together and Mr Harris is reportedly no longer involved with the gang.

Ms Connelly, a mother of two girls, first hinted at the night ahead posting a picture of herself at 7.40 on Friday night.

“Dinner date,” she captioned a photo in which she was wearing a pink dress and holding a glass of wine.

Just hours later she posted a short video of herself wearing a white singlet while the rapper danced and sucked on a vape in the background.

In her next video, she filmed the pair lying down in a dark room with 50 Cent’s 2003 hit 21 Questions playing over the footage. The young rapper then rolled over and kissed her while she continued filming.

Ms Connelly went viral in 2021 when she compared being barred from a restaurant to racism.

Earlier this month, the rapper launched his debut solo single Out of Sight.

The tune is vastly different to the confrontational drill music which made him different and since release from jail, Misa has claimed to have turned over a new leaf.

Speaking to Men’s Health he said he doesn’t want to remain the same person he was before he went into jail.

“Everyone sees us thugs, or just hard c**ts from out West. But when I came out with this (his new song) I just wanted to take them on my journey and hope that they can relate,” he told the publication.

“If they can’t understand, it’s on them, bro. If they don’t wanna accept it and don’t wanna accept me growing as an artist, then that’s something they gotta deal with.”

He celebrated his release in December with champagne towers and a glitzy new chain.
